This property has absolutely everything a whitetail hunter could want….cover, food, water, elevation changes and the possibility to hunt this land in any wind direction! You can access this property from almost any angle with country roads bordering it on all sides. With options for tree stand in the woods or ground blinds on the field edges, the possibilities are endless for picking your spot. The crops that are currently growing are beans but there are also many apples trees that I found while on my walk. The patch of woods that starts near the south east side of the property and runs to the north east provides a great area for the deer to hide in between the crop fields and also use as bedding areas. While walking along the edge of the woods I kicked up a very nice buck that was bedded down in a very thick area of the forest. As I continued to push my way through the woods I kicked up a few more doe that were laying in there as well. The ditch that runs through the middle of the property from north to south is another unique feature that makes this a great spot to hunt. Its been very dry in Michigan this summer but the ditch is so deep that it still had a good amount of running water in it and I found many trails leading in and out of the ditch. With 118 acres to explore and hunt, this is an excellent opportunity for multiple hunters to share this land and have a successful season!
