About This Lease
This property is located in North Central Nebraska right along the Nebraska/ South Dakota border. Approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes away from the airport in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Wildlife includes whitetail deer, turkey ,coyotes, bobcats prairie dogs and mountain lion. The property houses 3 large damns and numerous small damns that attract ducks and geese. The land also has pheasants and grouse strolling around. The Keya Paha river runs through one corner of property and also has a live stream. No outfitting is allowed. Not responsible for accidents or mishaps of any kind. Lodging directly on the Niobrara River 20 miles away could be rented with possibility of entertaining another smaller lease there.
