I am Looking to add a couple of Hunters to our 2500 acre hunting lease in Jackson County, Missouri. The lease is next to Longview Lake, a 5000 acre park in Lees Summit, MO. The lease is in the city limits so ARCHERY only, Deer and Turkey. The land has timber, timber draws, creeks, ponds and crops. No Cows. All of the land is connected or continuous, with roads dividing the land. The Lease is From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Around 12 hunters on the lease, split between local and out of town hunters. NO GUEST is ALLOWED to hunt other than minor children. Over 40 tree stands are already in place. All tree stands can be hunted by any member on the lease. You also can bring your own equipment. We use a group app to communicate and let everyone know where someone is hunting that day before the hunt. We do have group cell cams. You also can bring your own cell cams. Several establish food plots. ATVs are allowed for hunting related tasks. Plenty of hotels and other lodgings are within 5-to-10-minute drive of the lease. This is our 9th year leasing the ground. Several bucks over 160 have been killed. COST PER PERSON $3350 or depending on how many we have. Several Bucks over 150 have been killed Please only serious inquiries.
