The property includes approximately 20 acres of rolling pasture and 30 acres of hardwoods, with nearly 3 miles of ATV-accessible trails. The mix of open fields, hardwood timber, edge habitat, bedding cover, food plots, and travel corridors creates strong whitetail movement throughout the farm. Deer activity is monitored with strategically placed cellular trail cameras, and hunters will receive updated trail-camera, bedding-area, food-plot, and stand-location intelligence before their booking. Stand assignments and rotation recommendations are based on wind, current activity, food plot use, bedding patterns, and years of firsthand observation on the property. Buck Rock Farm currently includes a high-end insulated deer tower overlooking one of the main fields, with another tower planned for a separate lower field. The cabin is a newer cedar log home with approximately 1,700 square feet across three levels, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry, comfortable living space, and a large wraparound porch. After the hunt, guests can return to a warm private cabin, with an exceptional outdoor fire-pit terrace, rather than a hotel or rough camp. Recovery assistance and processor coordination may be available by request. Cooler storage is available. Primitive tent or truck camping may be available in designated areas near the front of the farm for hunters who prefer a simpler setup.
