**Weyerhaeuser-Owned Property** Weyerhaeuser leases include automatic annual renewal options, giving the current hunter the first opportunity to lease the property again each year. Weyerhaeuser is committed to sustainable forestry practices that support healthy forests, thriving wildlife habitat, and outdoor recreation opportunities for future generations. As part of this commitment, forestry operations and land management activities may occur periodically on the property. These activities can include timber harvesting, site preparation, tree planting, vegetation management, and other practices necessary to maintain productive and sustainable forestlands. Weyerhaeuser reserves the right to conduct such activities on leased properties as needed. In January, we email notification of timber harvest activities planned for the current calendar year. If harvest plans change throughout the year, we email notification of the change as soon as possible. Property features multiple age classes of pine timber, creating a diverse mix of stand conditions throughout the tract. Natural pine-hardwood fingers run throughout, adding diversity and breaking up the landscape. A pipeline crosses the property providing year round food plot potential. Lease expires May 31, 2027. Campsite and food plot amenities are available by request.
