About This Lease
I have 840 acres (full section and adjacent 1/4) available for lease. Located at the end of a minimum maintenance road, the property consists of CRP, hilly pasture with Jack Pine trees and dry land planted to alfalfa in fall of 2018. There is a cabin that sleeps 4 comfortably. This is truly a game rich area. Pictures attached are of deer killed on the property in 2017 and 2018. Excellent pheasant and antelope hunting also is in the area. Mule deer size limits will be enforced with significant penalties. No limit on whitetail deer. I am looking for a tenant that is committed to only harvesting trophy deer. Price is for all hunting seasons (bow, rifle, late season). If less than all seasons is desired, price will be negotiated down. In-state residents may qualify for landowner elk permits.
