About This Lease
750 acres. Whitetail deer - 80 to 100 deer use property in average year, typically a couple in the 150-160 class every year on property. Turkey- good hunting population recovering well Ducks- excellent multiple ponds and shallow wetlands Upland birds - great pheasant and quail, all wild birds no stocking. good years will have 6-7 coveys of quail and around a hundred pheasant in the upland bird areas. All prices include use of the lodge on property For the 2025/2026 season we don't have any waterfowl/upland bird dates available, also rifle deer season is booked. Currently we are have a few spots open for archery deer. Our deer hunts run Monday to Friday, depending on the week cost is $2000-3000 plus a $1000 harvest fee.

I just wrapped up my walk-through of this impressive 750-acre parcel, and it truly has something for every hunter. I counted a healthy population of whitetail deer—generally 80 to 100 using the property each year—with at least a couple of bucks in the 150-160 class showing up annually. The turkey hunting remains solid, despite lower bird numbers in the broader region, and the multiple ponds and shallow wetlands create excellent waterfowl opportunities—proper management could easily yield 500 ducks in a season. Upland enthusiasts will also be thrilled: there are typically 6-7 coveys of quail and around a hundred pheasant roaming these fields, all wild birds with no stocking. From top to bottom, this is a well-rounded hunting property that’s ready for action.
