This property is against the National Forest on 3 sides of it. You can access the National Forest from the property itself. There is a creek on the property that run. Elevation is between 3600 feet to 4300 feet. There is a trail that goes in the middle of the property from the top to the bottom of the property which include the US forest road. There is Elk, Mule Deer, Mountain Lion and Bear on the property. We have just setup 8 trail camera and will be uploading our newest pictures. There is a gate that belongs to the US Forest service at 2 of the entrance to the property. You will need to walk from there on the trail onto the property. Currently working with USF to get a key to the gate to be able to drive a 4 wheeler onto the trail itself. This would require you to purchase the ATV/UTV trail pass to drive on the USF trails located on their website. We created a trail to access the entire property with Atv on a trail. We now have available a cabin with 2 bedroom, solar (electrical lights, refrigerator). Propane heater, stove, and Wood stove. Toilet available. UTV is also available for rent. 2021 - Currently the Opening week for Riffle and the week of Thanksgiving are rented out.
