About This Lease
We are looking for 1-2 hunters to hunt per wk/each season. We are managing the pressure from hunters, so looking for hunters for 1st deer firearm, 2nd deer firearm, archery per week, turkey(per week) and upland birds/furbearers(NO trapping) We are sitting in the "Honey Pot" for Hunters!! We have 60 acres, surrounded by 800+ acres of cropland and timber ground with almost zero development(2 homes within the 800 acres). Hunters outside this push the game further into our "sweet spot". LARGE bucks with bed down in the back 40 acres, with deer herds as many as 45 in one group. Rubs are all over this property. You are almost guaranteed to get one! Also, there are large groups of turkey that roam this property, plus multiple coveys of quail, hundreds of dove, multiple burrows with rabbits, plus fox, mink, raccoon, and squirrels galore!
