About This Lease
I have 320 acres mostly brush a few senderos , hilly with San Miguel creek that runs through it. High Fenced on 2 sides. Have not been hunted on for last 2 years for personal reasons. Have big deer and huge bucks. I have 34 acres 1/4 mile down the road with electricity for campsite. Do not have drinking water as drilling a water well brings so much sulphur but i have 2500 gallon tank that can hold water with a pump. I want a year lease for $30,000. Deer, hogs, small game , turkey. There are 2 oil wells on lease but would not interfere with hunting. There are roads throughout lease. The lease is 4 miles off of highway 1582 @ CR 3728 (Kothmann Lane)
