About This Lease
The price is $200.00 per person per year the price and lease agreement is negotiable .We are deep in the woods on Sinking Creek. We have primitive campsites available in a cleared off field with bon fire area just 100 feet away from creek access, or you may choose to set up camp anywhere on the 40 acres with approval. The creek runs into Black river and we are about 5 miles away from Clearwater Lake. There is ample fire wood, just bring your own chainsaw. Any off road vehicles welcomed, plenty of trails and gravel roads to travel along with creek crossings. Alcohol, drugs and glass containers strictly prohibited. Fire barrel provided for all paper trash, all other non-burnable trash must be removed by hunter. Keep the land clean and safe, in other words leave it like you found it! Good luck hunting!
