The 30 acre woods went through the federal Timber Stand Improvement program (TSI) 5 years ago and is in its prime, optmized for attracting game of all kinds. The 10 acre field has been converted to all native, all natural grasses, plants, bushes and flowers 5 years ago and is also in its prime. We can fix up the 800 sq ft beautiful guest house to accomodate your needs but it comes with a full bath and shower, washer and dryer, kitchen sink, heat and AC, living room and bedroom with beds and other accomodations. The main house guest bedroom is also available. There is a huge generator that keeps both houses running in the event of power loss.
