Hi I bought this property 8 years ago,2 acres are cleared which our home sits on and the rest is forest with trails. I have 4 beautiful tree stands in different areas one of which is a 23 foot tower that is enclosed in case of rain you will be able to stay dry.. I am from NY and I do not hunt but I respect that lifestyle 110%, I set it up for hunting for few friends that hunted here 6 years ago and they all went home with meat. A 10 pointer was taken as was two 8 pointers and few 6 pointers along with few Does. I've been laying out corn for them every year cause wife and I like to see the wildlife and they are very comfortable here. Directly off my buffer road sits 2,000 acres of timber with nobody there so I cannot even tell you the deer are here every day and night like clockwork. I also have Turkey, racoon, lots of squirrel, fox...etc nothing has been harvested in over 5 years and I rarely go into the back as to not disturb anything. I'm offering up to 10 individuals to utilize my land for hunting as they want. Experience and knowledge is a must, im willing to ideas of food plots and whatever y'all need to help out your hunts....I also have an air conditioned fully enclosed shed off the back of my yard with windows on all sides that has been used also to hunt and was very successful for my friends, it gets hot here so thats an option also. The deer is plentiful here so I have total confidence that you will be successful each time you go out ...thank you.
