35 acres of lowland forest with a creek and cat tail swamp. Alder thickets and apple trees as well. Property has a population of deer, grouse, and woodcock. You can also hunt ducks on the creek bottom. Walking trails are cleared but not wide enough for a machine. I don't really want any 4 wheeler traffic until actual trails are put in. It's pretty obvious where you can and can't go with a 4 wheeler. There is a rustic cabin with a woodstove that would be available as well. Plenty of room for a medium size camper. No electricity or water but there is a artisan well in Alanson that we filled our water with. Fun spot to hunt. I joined a club in lapeer. Creek is north border, road to the east, road to the south, fish hatchery to the west which is 90 acres and doesn't get hunted. Neighbors keep a close eye on things as well. Price is for this year you are welcome to small game after deer season as well.
