This is a very unique property that sets up nicely for deer hunting! This parcel at one time was a crop field that is now overgrown with CRP, hay, weeds and even some old corn stalks popping up. With the tree line on the south side, the small patch of trees in the north east corner and all the growth in between, this is an excellent area for bedding and travel routes for the whitetail to use. I came across multiple bedding zones after following the deer trails in and out of this land with some solo beds as well as areas that looked like groups of deer were bedded together. In the middle of this parcel there was a nice watering hole with tracks and trails around it. With the tall growth throughout the property you could set up a pop blind or grind blind just about anywhere. There are crop fields that border 3 sides of the land that helps make this parcel a perfect spot for the deer to travel and use this as their bedding zone. On my walk I placed a Spy Point Trail Cam on the tree line and the first evening it captured deer moving down that tree line. This truly sets up as a great hunting opportunity for anyone looking to tag a nice Michigan whitetail!
