We have 168 acres to lease out yearly for hunting.
We also lease it out to a local cattle farmer from Apirl 1st to Oct. 15th. He never puts
his cows in until middle to late May(usally late). He uses the time before to check fences
and repair any that need it. My past leasers have never had a problem with spring turkey season
hunting. We do have a triangle section fenced off and has a electric pole and meter if you want
electric up close to the old barn. Attached is a aerial view site, photos of dear I have taken myself
personality in the last 5 years, site I use to look at plat maps. Not everything on the aerial view
and plat maps belong to us. 1) https://youtu. Be/mKCyP6Esmks has aerial view. When you watch the video,
it has two sections. 1st section= everything in bottom of video for the first 40 seconds is ours and
there is 10 or 20 acres not shown that is ours. Two sections on southeast side county road. 30 acres and 98 acres South. Also on the west side of road and west side of our property there are 4 section that we also own, 15. 6, 10, 1. 7, . 6. 3)
The pictures I included are deer that I have taken personally. My past hunters have had great success
at bow, rifle, muzzle, as well as turkey hunting. Price. I’ve talked with others that lease
out their property in north Missouri and the price range is crazy all the way up to $50 a acre.
My goal of coarse is to get as much as I can and for you to get a great place to hunt which
results in a long term relationship. I like yearly leases (even though I know I can make more by
doing it by dates). The contract dates from Feb 1st through Jan 31th .
We hated losing the couple we found last year, but could not renew because of personal reasons.
Great folks. Look at the video, maps, photos and let me know what you think and we will go from there. leased pending payment
