A historic farm — 277 private acres in West Jefferson County, Indiana: about 150 acres of woods and 100 acres of pasture, with Big Creek and Little Creek, two ponds, and trails (the rest is house and farm buildings). Surrounded by soybean and corn fields — the ranch gives deer the cover and water, right next to the crops they feed on. This is private, exclusive access. One group at a time, maximum 4 hunters.
