                            Looking for 5 guys to help me fill my lease of 1450 acres located in Baylor county near Megargel. This is not a shoot whatever walks out lease; strictly a managed/trophy lease. It has six 4 x 8 insulated metal blinds and six corn feeders and 3 protein feeders. Camp area has electricity but no water. You are allowed one trophy ( 10 points or better or scores over 140, at least one cull (slick nine or less that is 3 1/2 years old or older and scores under 140), and at least 2 does. You are also allowed 2 guest - they shoot off your tag. The lease had been game managed for 16 years. Game that can be harvested: deer, doves, hogs and varmints. 
The cost is $3100 plus sharing the cost of the corn, protein and electricity if used. No one will have a particular area to hunt; you will be allowed to hunt the entire property.
