This land was absolutely crawling with deer! As I approached this area in my car I knew I needed to get my camera and drone ready to go. Obviously the deer love to use these 78 acres as a feeding zone. Even after I had walked the property for 20 minutes or so, and scared off many of the deer, I turned around only to see another herd had come out to feed. With a few small patches of woods on the south side of the property and some high grass and small tress in the north west corner, these areas could set up nicely to use as a stand or blind location. The thing I really liked about these areas is you can still see the entire field from these spots and if you are a hunter who likes the challenge of a long range shot this could be the property for you!
