This 25-acre piece of land offers a variety of terrain including crop land, meadow and forest, providing the perfect setting for a successful hunting experience. In 2025, roughly 15 acres of organic corn were farmed. The property also has 5 acres of dense thicket/new growth forest, 1 acre orchard/blueberry patch and 4 acres of open meadow. Adjacent to the property is Granny Creek, about 300 yards away and 2 ponds also roughly 300 yards away. *********************************************** We are leasing during bow, gun & muzzle loader seasons for deer. Please inquire if interested in turkey or coyote. The price is $3000/week, including lodging. All 1 week leases include a week stay in our 5 bedroom furnished, yet rustic cabin. The cabin is off the grid solar, so power is available, but not unlimited (no guarantee of enough sun for daily hot showers for 4 guests, unless you heat water on the wood stove). The cabin is heated exclusively with the wood stove, firewood is provided for you. Standard well water is available throughout the house, as well as a standard flush toilet, sinks and a shower. You will need to bring your own cookware. You can use the wood stove for cooking. Basketball, with painted 3 point line, and pickleball available in the barn if it's not too cold! *********************************************** We are in the process of making updates to the house, so don't have pictures of the bedrooms yet. There are 2 twin beds in the bedrooms plus a queen futon. You bring your own linens & towels. Space available for additional blow up mattresses. We will update pictures as the house is ready!
