Like Hunting in Your Own Private Park - Only 1 hunt left in 2026 - price $1,540 per hunter for 7 day hunt About 30 minutes south of Columbus, OH, you'll find our 160 acres. Much of the land is forested and there is not a lot of hunting in the area. The property is near two large metro parks, a county park and three nature preserves. Combined the parks and preserves account for nearly 6,000 acres of forest where hunting is not allowed or severely limited. The land is near all the necessities but it seem as if you are in the middle of nowhere. We’re located at the end of a dead-end road. The land was select-cut logged in 2020 and early 2021, that produced open areas and woods with lots of trails. The tree tops left behind helps the whitetail herd. They love the brier tops and use the downed tops/trees for bedding. The terrain is rolling hills, making it easy to get around. When we walk through the woods, there are deer tracks everywhere. An avid hunter walking the land was impressed with the amount of buck rubs and scrapes. The land hasn’t been lived on for at least six years. We only scheduling 2 hunts during deer hunting season in 2026. Your hunt can be a bow hunt, gun hunt or muzzle loader. Best of all, you and your hunting party - -from four hunters and limited to six hunters - - have exclusive use of our 160 acres for your seven day bow or gun hunt. No hunters walking by your stand or walking around. Other outfitters allow 8 to 10 hunters to hunt on a 160 acre parcel - all at the same time. And those hunters more than likely are strangers - not part of your party. We want you to feel like you are hunting on your own state park with no interference from outsiders. In winter and summer, night time coyote hunts are available. Accommodations are available off-site at our 2 bedroom apartment suite about 30 minutes away or you can book a hotel room or cabin in the area. There is a privately owned cabin on our easement where you can walk to your hunt each day. Our listed price is per hunter for a 7 day hunt. We also offer a 30 day hunt.
