We book from Friday to Friday through archery season. This changes during shotgun and muzzle loader. We allow up to four hunters (sometimes five for an extra fee). Prices vary from week to week. It is a flat fee for up to four hunters - so whether you have one in your group or four, it's the same price. We have about 1/3 woods, 1/3 crop, and 1/3 pasture. The farmhouse is fully updated and equipped with laundry room, full kitchen, one bathroom, four bedrooms, and two living rooms. The cozy front porch is a great place to relax after a hunt. We allow ATVs for deer collection and setting up blinds. There are gravel drives through the farm and access to the woods. 2026 we have shotgun week open. Those dates are November 27 - December 7. The cost is $5,000 plus tax ($5,150). That is the flat fee for the house and land for up to four hunters. Muzzle Loader week 2027 is also open. It is a flat fee of $4,000 (with tax $4,120).
