High-Quality 16 Acre Whitetail Tract – Summit County Daily Access.
Offering daily private-land hunting access to a managed, productive 16 acre property located in Northfield, Ohio (Summit County). The Southern 10 acres are within the approved hunting corridor.
This tract has a variety of elevation changes with a pasture-like center in the base of the "ravine". This large grassy valley, where the herd grazes, is near a large natural pond. Including a rustic cabin structure with a wrap around deck and electricity.
Surrounded by a prime mix of mature oak hardwoods, pine, dense bedding brush, adjacent to wooded areas and on three sides.
Because of the suburban layout of the surrounding Northeast Ohio zone, this property serves as a natural travel corridor and sanctuary for high-quality Summit County Whitetails.
We are looking for respectful, safety-conscious hunters who will treat the land, boundaries, and neighbors with total respect.
